# Axiomata > A Codex of Becoming — thirty-six philosophical principles forged from ancient Greek wisdom. Axiomata is a bilingual (English / Greek) literary work organised as four chapters of nine principles each. Every principle is a standalone meditation comprising a quote, a trait portrait, a wisdom passage, two shadow studies (the Pure and the Flawless), and a final question (the Cut). The site is a single static codex; there is no commerce, login, or user-generated content. ## Entry points - [Home](https://axiomata.org/): the constellation of all 36 principles. - [Sitemap (XML)](https://axiomata.org/sitemap.xml): every canonical URL with hreflang pairs. ## Mneme — Memory - [Mneme — Memory chapter overview](https://axiomata.org/mnimi/) - [Heritage](https://axiomata.org/heritage/) — "You become the edge that broke you" - [Agon](https://axiomata.org/agon/) — "The hero is the scar's answer to the sword" - [Bathos](https://axiomata.org/bathos/) — "Most abysses are knee-deep" - [Basanos](https://axiomata.org/basanos/) — "The pearl is born around the grain that cannot be killed" - [Reckoning](https://axiomata.org/reckoning/) — "Every lock keeps two prisoners" - [Remembrance](https://axiomata.org/remembrance/) — "The wood alone knows which ring is the storm" - [Wonder](https://axiomata.org/wonder/) — "The fire that warms the hands drowns the stars" - [Mythos](https://axiomata.org/mythos/) — "A constellation is a rope we throw across the void" - [Blossom](https://axiomata.org/bloom/) — "The blossom is the violence the seed kept secret" ## Harmonia — Connection - [Harmonia — Connection chapter overview](https://axiomata.org/harmonia/) - [Recognition](https://axiomata.org/recognition/) — "The stranger begins where the mirror ends" - [Forgiveness](https://axiomata.org/forgiveness/) — "What the fist keeps, it feeds" - [Philia](https://axiomata.org/philia/) — "Distance is the air that holds the roof" - [Compassion](https://axiomata.org/compassion/) — "Warmth thrown from above arrives frozen" - [Parrhesia](https://axiomata.org/parrhesia/) — "Rot loves the silence we christen peace" - [Justice](https://axiomata.org/justice/) — "The crooked house speaks before it falls" - [Fidelity](https://axiomata.org/fidelity/) — "True north requires mutiny" - [Conspiracy](https://axiomata.org/conspiracy/) — "Where branches war, roots conspire" - [Reverence](https://axiomata.org/reverence/) — "Holy is the hollow worn smooth by passage" ## Arete — Character - [Arete — Character chapter overview](https://axiomata.org/areti/) - [Ignition](https://axiomata.org/ignition/) — "The sun is the collapse that learnt to burn" - [Integrity](https://axiomata.org/integrity/) — "The blow forces the bronze to confess" - [Sophrosyne](https://axiomata.org/sophrosyne/) — "Music lives one breath before the snap" - [Discipline](https://axiomata.org/discipline/) — "What scars the hand guides the arrow" - [Phronesis](https://axiomata.org/phronesis/) — "The reef does not ask who was certain" - [Courage](https://axiomata.org/courage/) — "The hand shakes – the match lights" - [Philotimo](https://axiomata.org/philotimo/) — "The deepest vigil burns the ledger" - [Grace](https://axiomata.org/grace/) — "The tree owes its vow to the seed" - [Magnanimity](https://axiomata.org/magnanimity/) — "The mountain's argument is its mass" ## Telos — Purpose - [Telos — Purpose chapter overview](https://axiomata.org/telos/) - [Anamnesis](https://axiomata.org/anamnesis/) — "Thirst is the desert's memory of the ocean" - [Genesis](https://axiomata.org/genesis/) — "The first star was a flaw in the perfect dark" - [Calling](https://axiomata.org/calling/) — "The bone remembers the wood it was born to hold" - [Destiny](https://axiomata.org/destiny/) — "Every escape is an orbit home" - [Eudaimonia](https://axiomata.org/eudaimonia/) — "The keystone finds its rest in the burden" - [Sacrifice](https://axiomata.org/sacrifice/) — "Only what is spent becomes light" - [Passage](https://axiomata.org/passage/) — "The riverbed is carved by what it carries" - [Legacy](https://axiomata.org/legacy/) — "When the light dies, only gravity speaks" - [Death](https://axiomata.org/death/) — "The last grain falls as simply as the first" ## Greek edition Every English URL has a Greek twin under `/el/` — e.g. `/heritage/` ↔ `/el/heritage/`.
